Milko is a lawyer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica (Perú) and Licensed by the School of Lawyers of Lima. He followed specialized studies in Finance and Leadership in several universities such as la Católica y Adolfo Ibáñez (Chile), Tongji (China), Wharton (EEUU) UPC y ESAN (Perú).
His professional experience started in the late 80s as an intern and lawyer of the mining company belonging to el Grupo Gubbins in Perú. In the 90s he constituted one of the main Stock Brokerage firms in Perú as Director and Manager until 2002. From 2004 until 2008 he worked as the private banker for the Grupo Rodríguez Pastor. From 2009 to 2012 he served as Country Manager and Corporate Director for Celfín Capital/ BTG Pactual, one of the leading Investment Banks of Latin America.
